No it's not, you're miles away.
I've had my phone for a month and it still doesn't have the sim activated ! I have literally tried everything to try and get Vodafone to do something. Usual call centre nonsense, email, escalated to directors office, contacted rep through here. Absolutely sweet FA.
They are by far and away THE worst company I have ever dealt with.0 -

try calling them and chase ?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Hi Lee, thanks.....after the way you helped with my problem I thought, Vodafone can't be all bad....and even though my daughter was leaving...I convinced her to stay with Vodafone....so now after 8 days now waiting for sim activation on her iphone ... I think I may have made a mistake in telling her not to leave....will pass her details on.No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0

Hi there,
I'm the daughter in question! Lee, I have emailed you using the guidance you offered. The reference from the automated email is 8739960. I'd appreciate any help as it currently is still not sorted as we speak0 -
Simswap online on the voda site and it swapped during the early hours. They do say leave both phone on. But its worth restarting both phones every few hours.
New phone said network available but didnt work. Old phone saif network available and didnt work.
I restarted both and the new one started working.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
