  • To those who are commenting that you are held in a queue because of the busy Christmas period etc. Not true. They also keep you waiting ages during outages and to say it's because of Christmas is no excuse. They should hire more staff. Simples.

    Just another note to add my concerns over lack of response from plus.net.

    their call wait times are too long, in excess of an hour and they are not even answering complaint int he timescales set out in their own code of conduct.

    I have asked to leave and want a deadlock letter so I can go to CISAS.

    Beware with plus.net!

    In all of my time here we've never used email for customer queries. We do have an online contact system at https://contactus.plus.net - was it this that you used?

    Depending on which cashback offer you took the mechanism for receiving this may be different. If you can provide a way for us to identify your account we'll be able to look in to this for you. The easiest way for me to find and the safest way to do so via a public forum such as this is if you can drop me a reply with a support ticket ID. You should be able to find one of these in an email from us or by logging into http://contactus.plus.net

    Unfortunately yes, our call wait times can be longer than ideal at the moment. Today the waits have generally been under 5 minutes, but I know that at other times and days the wait can be much longer than this.

    Call waits at 3pm and 4pm were 15 minutes.:o

    But when I did get through all things I wished to talk about were sorted and explained fully.

    Plusnet used to be easy to call. Then it all changed and last time I had issues it was near impossible. To which I was informed a few months ago that a new call centre facility was just being opened. That must be open now but as OP says, things seem not to have improved.
