    Thank you for getting in contact, yes and nothing so far sent lots of reminders but nothing, will keep trying, is there anyway I can contact again with yahoo email address

    Sorry about any long waits when trying to contact us.

    I can't imagine why the password reminder tool isn't working for you. Are you definitely checking the contact email address given to us when you signed up?

    when I give my email address it asking for password it comes back asking for my full account details.
  • Have you actually opened an account yet? In your opening post you say you "provisionally joined" and have 14 days to cancel.

    You also say you do not know if you signed up online? Surely, you'll know this if you signed up within the last two weeks?

    It sounds to me as if your "provisional" opening of an account hasn't actually opened any account. Have you had anything through the mail confirming you as a customer?

    It dose seem like that but I was given a log in name by provider when I made contact via my email address but I cannot contact them now at all for them to confirm some details let alone my password. I got into web chat with them and they gave me a link to open which took me back to log in with user name or my email neither works without password and I cannot get that either. Seem to have blocked me out.

    I was told by Plusnet rep that my phone would take about 10days for it transfer to take place, now I understand that it will take in all 4 weeks.
    Also, after 10 transferred it I would get the £70 cashback 90 days after that which mean it will be longer as service is later and not my fault, can you please confirm for me.:T:T

    It sounds like a new line is being installed rather than a transfer in that case.

    I'd just need to be able to check your account before I can confirm anything for you. To do that I'd just need some way of identifying your account.

    The easiest way for me to find and the safest way to do so via a public forum such as this is if you can drop me a reply with a support ticket ID. You should be able to find one of these in an email from us or by logging into http://contactus.plus.net
