Not sure what you are asking exactly as your post does not make much sense.
Try calling early morning or later in the evening when it's generally quieter.
The password is what you set when you signed up (assuming you signed up on-line).0 -
I've worked in a few call centers before and this time of year is usually manic - even places with hundreds of staff have wait times of 20 mins or so. Be a bit more understanding.
Plusnet have a call tracker on their website (which is fantastic IMO), it's showing that the average answer time is currently only 5 mins, not "hours".

Try and phone them again.0 -

That is what I need a password not sure if it was signed up on line for one but if it was done do not have it. Need to speak or send email to them to confirm, but seems impossible to speak to a person and the auto chat is limited on answering questions Email I used is not working with them now, odd that as I used it to communication with them initially. :T0 -
What question .

I have used that like 3 or 4 time without result. same with ringing with no success. Will keep trying though.
Maybe this is only for ppl that are connected therefore they should answer my onw email that I am using.0 -
No way they can tell you your password. That would defeat the whole point of having one.
Why not go to the login page and try the forgotten p/w link. This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0 -

Hi moremore,
Sorry about any long waits when trying to contact us.
I can't imagine why the password reminder tool isn't working for you. Are you definitely checking the contact email address given to us when you signed up?
