Hmm. I've just found a little curly girl in my bed when I brought the washing basket up... I might leave her there - she makes for a free hot water bottle
Nice NDN is going away for 2wks (Cuba, well jel!) so brought round 4pts of milk and a huge sack of spuds that want using. No way we'll use them all, but the spuds were only £2 from more-reasons so he said even if I sling 'em they've still got their money's worth. I might be able to share them out with a few peeps.
So, more laundry sorted, and I feel a bit more relaxed now
I refuse to empty the DW though. At least tonight, cos of course there's no-one else to do it
Off to reset the bin reminder on my phone to remind me to sort NDN bin too...Bossymoo

Washed up all non-DW pans etc lurking about.
Emptied compost bin including dismantling a flower arrangement now deceased.
swept floor - didn't get round to mopping.

Checked a student's work.
Booked an assessment date for new client.

My car battery died yesterday so I got DH to drop me at work. Got a lift as far as town with my friend who went to the gym. I popped in and registered and will join proper on Wednesday. I am training for the Tough Mudder. I have also been having lots of problems with my hip so need to get on and work those muscles.
I walked home from town, 3 miles or so, it was cold and crisp. Lovely walking weather. Thankfully have a hood as my ears get too cold.
Slept for 4 hrs then got up and cracked on. Have hoovered, done 4 wash loads, folded and put away etc. walked woofer a couple of miles late this evening. Had shower. Got more Christmas stuff sorted.
Good day really.
Here's a weird one for you. DD wanted a particular type of bag for Christmas. Finally found this evening as Grandma said she'd buy for Christmas. It was £26.99. An hour later, by the time I was ready to check out, it was £14.99. Ordered and paid for. Went back to show DH the wetsuits on the website and it's back up to £26.99. Pigpen, I know I have made cake with mash in before but I have never been able to find a recipe online and nobody I have ever mentioned it to knows what I am on about!

Good morning.
Strange day yesterday. Got to work and stray horses in hospital grounds. So with the help of other staff and police we got them back to the field. Then trying to explain why I was late. It's a regular issue in the area.
Got home to no water as there had been a big burst. Luckily I keep a couple of large bottles of water in
Been bothered two nights running by a canvasser banging on the door after dark. Daughter said tell them to go away through the letter box but a bit less politely.
Did the dailies before work and cat stuff when I got in.
A huge bucket of spoons and hugs. Help yourselves.0 -
Morning all. Hope everyone is ok. Going to wash up and then do a few things from the lists before gym and bath, then dog walk.
No more travelling for the paid stuff, yay! All remote again now.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Morning everyone - late because been browsing Amaz**!! Glad there is nothing shouting "buy me" today.
Thanks Iona - are you at your target and if so how are you doing with maintaining, please?
Could the person who said they use Astonish to remove limescale tell me if it is a spray one or the paste in a tub they use please?
Pouring down here and I have loads of shopping to do then a trip to hospital to pick up my new boob!!
Must get on but am having breakfast first.
Take care and hugs sticks and spoons where needed - have just remembered I have loads more spares in our "best" cutlery - at least 20 so plenty to go around.
