Amazon Prime

I just ordered a DVD and must have clicked accidentally on Prime delivery option. I immediately rectified it by selecting free normal delivery. Even though I changed my delivery option Amazon have already signed me up for a free Prime trial. I tried to cancel it but they make it very hard for you to do this in the hope you don't cancel. The best I could do was get a confirmation that my trial will end on 23rd Dec and I will not be charged. I am unable to cancel the trial full stop.

Not sure what the problem is. You got confirmation that you have a free 1-month trial and you won't be charged after that. Not sure what else Amazon can do.

Should be no problem, just cancel your Trial, you will then get confirmation to put your mind at rest.

What will they gain for me having a free month ? I just want to end it now, not next month. This happened with Lovefilm years ago when I had a free trail with sainsburys. I rang sainsburys to cancel at the end of the trial and they confirmed on the phone they did. Lovefilm still took money out my account.

click on my account then account settings then manage prime membership


you will get prime membership till 23 dec

no they dont. You simply deselect auto renewal in your account.
