    After a slightly decadent weekend (a friend over from the Netherlands so we celebrated the Solstice/YeGodsisitTHATtimeagainmas early!) but I am still up to 6 NSDs and 5 in a row please Marmite!
    Must use my stash up!

    ....And for knitwitch and "YeGodsisitTHATtimeagainmas".....even though it would be impossible to write that on a card...... a lovely plate of smoked salmon canapes (Igor, you are so clever getting smoked salmon on a tropical.island...oh, it's not salmon? It is WHAT? For goodness sake do not tell knitwitch...)

    I dread to think what Igor has used instead of smoked salmon (err luckily I am vegetarian so can pass on what ever it is to the rest of you :rotfl::eek::rotfl:)

    He is indeed, knitwitch, and stew and goats cheese dumplings with a
    rocket salad and pomegranate jus is not my favourite idea for a meal on a tropical island. I mean, he spent ages this morning looking for a goat to milk. Which is why Hubert is a bit stressy at the moment, he started having flashbacks....

    It's going well now. I Went shopping with mum in Saturday (mainly grocery shopping and a couple of other stops) and as she owes me money after ordering things for people for that busy festive period that's approaching she paid for a new jumper dress thing (which also had a nice surprise 30%off) and gravy mix for family dinner in our new house. She also promised to cook a gammon for us to bring on the day and bought that :) I haven't done any more shopping so am claiming NSD #3, 4 & 5 tomorrow will be spendy as money is being transferred to solicitors for new house eeeeekkkk!!
