Not happy, I went to my stock to find I am now using my last ever bar of "Simple" soap, stockpiled when DTD was limited to £20, how long ago was that ? Stebiz would know.

They do!:D:T:T I have noticed them before - and thought 'pity they don't stock them in Sains. as could otherwise have added a nice amount back to a voucher for very little original spend' - even though I don't have cats lol:rotfl: - I like that they are quite better than half price and therefore had they been in S and available at full price would have given more than 50% of the bill on those items back. Sadly not:(, I'll have to settle for about half.

As for NPower (I know - sharp change to another topic), they did have billing problems towards the end of last year that affected myself. Their system initially charged me just £5 a month for my gas and electricity:rotfl: - I wish!:D - a situation that I was happy to allow to continue, and me to keep collecting the interest at the bank, for several months, but I did eventually tell them and it was then corrected. In fact I've just left them - not through any dissatisfaction but because I had tactically decided that now was the best time to change to a different fix - but I notice an amount has been taken from my account that I didn't expect. I am also not convinced that their sums are correct, although it's not a great amount - I'll probably leave it as it's 'probably about right' and I could otherwise find that they have taken less than what they should have done if it's looked at properly!

I know that, if it was me looking at others, I would now be saying well you were happy to let that continue and yet you complain when we take too much. However, I don't care as everyone else with any sense would do the same and everyone else is trying to make money and doesn't care so why should I? There was nothing illegal - the money was waiting there in my account for them to take as soon as they wanted it! (Albeit that it was also there, in my account, gaining interest:D.)
