Just saw the most Ill thought out competition pop up on my FB feed. Superdrug have hidden a santa on their site with a 6 digit code on it. The first three people to find it and comment with the code below the post win £30 to spend at Superdrug. Well obviously one person found it, posted the code and there's now a huge string of comments all containing the code...... DOH :rotfl:

Thanks for the advice! :) I have done one of those photo-cards but now looking at flowers from Funky Pigeon and they seem expensive, Im worried about how long-lasting they'll be. I don't have a clue about this stuff. This is only the second time in my life I've ever had to buy flowers :rotfl:

Is there a flower shop local to your parents ?
If so ring flower shop and they will do the flowers and you will know the flowers will be fresh HTH :)

Ts Direct seem to be having major problems with orders at the moment. I've seen no end of complaints on their FB page about it. The laptop I ordered at the start of the week was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. I had a text on Wednesday to say it would be delayed until today. I've just had another very apologetic text telling me it's been 'slightly delayed' again. Rather worryingly it's not giving me a date when I can expect it:eek: it just says I'll receive an email to advise when it's been dispatched.
Im glad I ordered early. From reading their FB page it doesn't look like phonecalls to CS and foot stamping is getting anyone anywhere so Im not even going to stress myself out going down that route......yet

fairclaire I read somewhere yesterday Yodel main depot had had a fire and deliveries had been delayed :(. Sorry forgot where I read it .

    24 March 2011.

I claimed my last £100 one on the morning of 24 March 2011 from a shop done on 23 March 2011. All shops done on 24 March 2011 and after were capped at £20.

Had a serious problem with the trouts trying to spend that £100 one.

I still have an unopened bottle of the £30 Courvoisier Cognac in the cupboard and a lamb rack or two hiding in the freezer.

Think the largest I had was £39.00 and I used it to buy a lawnmower. Came late to the party but I still have tinned salmon, dishwasher tabs and rack of lamb. Oh how I miss it. Such fun!!!
