The offer appears to be on various different tins of Heinz products and is '5 for £3'. There are normal soups, exotic soups, Weight Watchers soups, spaghetti, beans and probably more. I would have done a bit more searching but I had to be somewhere.
I took some pics of the shelves, so perhaps some of you would like to join me in trying to figure out if there is anything worth buying?
The best I can see so far is for some of the exotic soups. Probably buy 5 for £3 and maybe 3 of them compare against T's 3 for £3, giving an apg of around £1.11 on a £3 spend.
Although, for the more adventurous amongst you, how about you buy 10 tins of £1.19 soup A v S? My calculations are that you will pay £6 for the 10 tins and the apg will be 10 x 19p + £1 (10%) =£2.90.
If this works it means that you will be able to buy 10 tins of £1.19 soup for £3.10, or 31p per tin.
Anyone fancy joining in?:D
It's not free:eek::eek: don't waste my time:D
Another good find SFsB are you working as the moment as you seem to be in Asda a lot:o0 -

Ben and Jerry's multi not showing on msm. £4 each or 2 for £6. All these are £3 each in Morries (remember morries comparisons don't always work)
Ben & Jerry's Minter Wonderland (500ml)
Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough Ice Cream (500ml)
Ben & Jerry's Joy to the Swirled (500ml)
Ben & Jerry's Fairtrade Phish Food Ice Cream (500ml)
Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Peanut Butter Cup (500ml)
Ben & Jerry's Fairtrade Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream (500ml)
However these ones are an even better deal :j0 -

Hi tweets
Hope you don't mind if I pop on with a bit of information that'll help you take more control of your monthly payments.
If you've registered your account with our website, you'll be able to use a tool called the Direct Debit Manager. This lets you change the amount you pay each month. Comes in handy should circumstances change.
Provided the account is billed up to the latest meter readings you can change payments by up to 20 per cent up or down. By up to 5 per cent up or down without readings. Before putting the change through, we'll let you know by how much we anticipate the account will be in credit/debit if the payments are altered but usage doesn't change accordingly.
As you say, come your annual review in May, any credit balance over a fiver will automatically be sent back to your bank.
You're right to be cautious with winter kicking in so hope the above helps.
