Could someone give me a bit of a hand. Took today off work as I had booked a Sada delivery. Order confirmed 2 days ago. Email sent this morning saying it would be with me between 2pm and 3pm.

At 1.45pm, I get a text saying "your order has been cancelled because of a payment issue". !!!!!!. Why did they confirm the order and email this morning saying it was definitely coming if they pull out at the last minute? Can they do that?

I phoned Sada home shopping and it seemed like I had been transferred to someone in India (really strong accent) who couldn't help me, so she then transferred me to someone in America (really strong accent) who was just as useless. I had to explain the whole predicament to her and she more or less told me to fork off and there was nothing more they could do. Should I complain or is this normal for Sada? I've never done a delivery order before.

Soooo annoyed as we have a party at work for a hostel we work with and I had ordered shed loads of biscuits and party food to take with me for the children they work with.

Since Yodel are reading I'll say thanks for leaving my parcel with my neighbour on Tuesday. Now why can they not do this every time? Its so frustrating when they attempt delivery whilst we're working then they try 2 more times on the next days at the same time, the time we're in work. However on Tuesday I was pleasantly surprised that the driver used his common sense

Royal Mail should also leave with neighbours instead of giving me the inconvenience of having to traipse to the post office for my parcel after I've paid their extortionate costs for them to deliver it to me

Check with the bank to make sure your account is ok then raise a stink :D

My friend had two orders not turn up and got a £10 gift card each time :D

I've got about £2K left to spend on that credit card. So I doubt they would have stopped it, but I will check it out all the same. I've placed orders with other retailers and not an issue at all. :(:(:(

I like the toilet seat message, I want one :p I have a laminated A4 sign above the toilet saying to put the lid down. It's not just about the germs that fly out when its flushed, it's also bad feng shui to leave the toilet lid up as all your money will go down the toilet, not literally but it means you'll have to keep spending so be skint :D

    How about this?

You're welcome tweets. Glad I was able to help. :)

I usually lurk around the Energy Board if you need me in the future. Happy to help with anything E.ON. Just give me a nudge.
