Yes, I know! But this is the global water index... not everyone in the world is as "lucky" as us. The idea is that 90% of the world's water companies are publicly owned and not up to the task of providing for their municipalities. Thus, they are ripe for M&A's... in addition to this, you have India and China and the like with rapid expansion and virtually no water infrastructure at all in places.Have you looked out the window lately?
