Well, I like to think that when they don't (which is more often than not) they end up worse off in the end. I certainly do my best (with some success) to ensure that they do!0

Not that they seem to learn from their mistakes!
Finally got a call back from Vodafone - apparently the refund's been made but will take 10 working days to process - not holding my breath, after what happened with EE before..."Kids respect landlords. I think it's the keys."0
