Contact Samsung and insist they sort it. No need for you to get involved with Parcelforce.
As for the poll I suspect, but may be wrong, that people have just clicked that you're in the wrong because they don't see the point of the poll. In my opinion, the poll serves no purpose as it doesn't really matter who's in the wrong. Clearly Parcelforce have messed up by losing the parcel but it was Samsung who chose to use them and took out their contract, it is they who need to resolve the issue with Parcelforce and not you.0
