Look its simple.

Your contract is with samsung. This means they owed you a duty of care. Once their rep collected the parcel from you (parcelforce), they (samsung) assumed liability for it.

The thing is nobody knows why I am in the wrong. The whole point of the poll is to see what people generally think and their reasoning. People have said that I am in the wrong, but have provided no reasoning. This is why I am beginning to doubt their opinions.

One other general thing is that people have said that parcelforce are in the wrong, yet nobody has chosen that option in the poll. I hope you can see where I am coming from...

Well for a start it appears that the poll results were not aggregated when the threads were merged.

It looks like the integrity of your data has been seriously compromised.

Back to the main issue, you seem to be saying that a vote for both parties signifies a vote for both Parcelforce and Samsung being in the wrong.

Is there no option for Samsung and you to both be in the wrong?

By saying in the wrong, I feel you are perhaps asking the wrong question.

Your question should be who is responsible?

And the answer to that question is clearly Samsung.

Ignore the polls NOW. Concentrate on the advice you have been given on CONSUMER RIGHTS. You have done yourself no favours by multiple postings and multiple polls.
