Plusnet vs BT confused!!

Thanks quoit - it sounds like it redirected to the same call centre bit as I also chose 1 for a Mac code. They tried to 'scare' me off PlusNet with talk of traffic management, but I just said I didn't do much streaming and really only internet browsing...might give them another go to get them to confirm that the price is based on the new prices and won't go up in December. I migrated into BT from PlusNet so it should be no big deal to go back again.
