Finally I got my money, a month later. This was after more chasing. Thankfully! Everything from the poor quality recycle bag to the emails was not professional. Do yourself a favour, even if the price is better, stay away and use one of the better companies.

Well, after various threats then sending a letter of intent highlighting that I would be contacting the fraud office on advice from the local police station nearest to there office, and that I would be contacting the small claims court. My agreed amount Finally went into my bank today. My 1st contact with them was 10/12/2014. Don't use them they are chancers and they hope most people would give up. If you have used them don't give up collect your evidence a take it further.

I took mine to Carphone Warehouse; the price was slightly less but it meant I got the money put on my card immediately.
