I Moaned To The Guy.then I Rang The Number For Their Head Office (in Yellow Pages I Think)and Spoke To Another Agent Who Gave Me The Details I Required Without A Problem!!also If Like Me You Can Never Get Through To An Agent Put Phone Down And Redail But Press Option For Adding A New Service They Answer Very Quickly.when They Realise That You Have A Problem They Put You Through To Someone Who Can Help Alot Quicker

As an aside, if you're a VM customer and incur a charge by having to phone the premium rate 0906 VM Broadband Help Desk, just fone customer services free on 150 and they'll be happy to refund the call charges.
A friend who works for Virgin told me their Broadband help desk was being plagued by telephone calls from non-Virgin customers. Hence the reason for the introduction of the charge. Legitimate VM customers get their call charges refunded0 -
