Looking at T-mobile's website it looks like they are good to go with 4G...Does anyone know if that is compatiable with UK's equivlant of EE mobile phones. I have a Samsung S3 LTE (i9305 I think).

Put another way, would a 4g t-mobile simcard (or other 4g network simcards) work with this phone?
  • Used to call with Travelsim (travelsim com) card in USA, nothing bad to say about it ;) Compatible with any phone (I had old Samsung) and prices are low.

    Thank u!
I checked it out, compared to other simcards( spent hours in the intertnet) and finally stopped on it. I even travelled already with it to spain. Worked great, even though somethig happend to the data service, but i called customer care(which works 24/7 by the way) and they fixed everything in couple of min.

My wife got 2 cheap sims off ebay for our Iphones before our trip to NYC this July. I added $20 dollars to my sim after much explaining what I actually meant by a 'top up' in a bodega and then discovered that tinernet was extra and not on that card.
Also the card would let me call any US numbers I wanted...I had one in my phone, my wifes who was normally next to me.

All in all a total waste of time, internet available from many free wifi spots so emails home was the best bet and we'd have been better getting a cheap 'burner phone' over there.

The Sim was proabably one of the more unusual tips left for the maid at the hotel.
