What is this product marketed as, is this BT Infinity ?
Normally "fibre optic broadband" or along those lines.
BT Infinity is BT Retail's name for the service when they provide it.
The whole marketing thing is a farce though, as it's not true fibre optic but rather Fibre-to-the-Cabinet. How the ASA see this as valid is beyond me. I can see issues in the near future where true fibre optic (to the home) providers will need to differentiate their product.0 -

Virgin had no problem calling their broadband 'fibre optic' when it's a fibre and copper hybrid so it would be a little odd for the ASA to have a problem with any other company using the same description for their fibre/copper hybrid system0
