Does anyone remember SCRAPS. I had loads of scraps. You used to put them in books with loads of pages, and you tried to collect a full set. My sister has still got her books full of them. There where big winged cherubs, girls with straw hats and dungarees on and other daft sets.
tiny tears doll (the original)
The Simon Says game (was a round machine with 4 different colours as buttons and underneath the plastic buttons was a light and when the light flashed you had to remember the sequince and press the buttons in the same order as Simon (the machine).0 -

While in Lakeland Plastics with my mum the other day she picked up on their 'nostalgic' tin range they had which brought back fond memories. If I remember they have cadburys, be-ro flour and retro radio.
Also spotted a small spirograph set on our travels through the shops.0 -
I saw some Aquamanda perfume last week in Debenham's - apparently it has been re-released. I'm sure I really liked this in the 70s but I think I must have been misremembering0

There's a DVD of all the scary public information firms called Charley Says
There are also a series of DVDs on 70s kids tv - first volume is here
Look-In was a kid's magazine about TV - you could get this book second-hand or see if you can find it in a charity shop. I bought a copy in our local Poundland a couple of years ago.
One of these Top of the Pops albums on CD - they had absolutely nothing to do with the TV programme and the artists on them weren't the original ones, but everyone had at least one of the LPs in the house.0 -
A nightie made from polyester that becomes full so of static that you can see the blue sparks flying from it under the covers!Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0
