Love Black friday week.. I've got some stuff that I had for the first year they did it that's still going strong (a pair of fisher price walkie talkies LOL)

oh I do love black Friday, but like some have said the first year was the best harder to get things but really good deals. I remember getting a Wii and game for £50 and at the time they were around £140.

I will be keeping an eye on it though and love the banter on here

I have loads of odd things I got on BF! The best is a Thai cookery book which looked lovely but which, when it arrived, was A3 size - more of a poster book than a cookery book to sit on my cookbook holder! Couldn't believe it when I opened it, sure it didn't warn me on the description that it is for giants....

Why isn't there a dedicated thread to Amazon deals on here? I tried to set one up earlier but the name got changed. There's one for Toys and Game but not for anything else?!

I am not 100% sure, but I don't think they did - which I thought was strange. I believe they were reduced anyway though.

I would imagine it's because as soon as they expire they get moved and if they were all in one thread people would have to trawl through the thread clicking links to see if they are still on offer.

I only discovered BF a couple of years ago and someone was saying that Kitchen Aids had been on the year before, got really excited and no sign of them since...was that you?!

I AM getting one this year. My plan is to wait for the Selfridges 20% off day and get it....unless anyone has any other cunning bargain sniffing advice....
