I didn't get a chance to update last week. I had put on half a pound so I thought it was down hill from there.
Went to my weigh in last night thought I had put even more on because I wasn't watching what I eat. Very suprised that I have lost 2lbs this week.

Hope it's not too late for me to join. I've got a lot (understatement of the year!) of weight to lose. I'm getting married next year which is my motivation, not that my future hubby is pushing me to lose weight it's me that wants to do it.
I'm going to put myself down for 2 1/2 stone by the end of the year at £5 per lb which is good money towards the wedding savings as well.
Sorry for the ramble, hope you let me join.
PS thought i wouldn't be able to afford £5 per lb but then realised i probably waste more than that!0 -
