Managed to lose a pound this week.:D
Did well, really, as I haven't managed the exercise I had planned. I've had a cold for most of the week, and haven't fed it either!!0 -
Well after todays disappointment I have tried so hard.
I had an actimel and bowl of cereal for brekkie, salad with gammon and a peach for lunch, low fat yogurt and banana for snacks, jacket potato with chilli and salad for tea. Going to have strawberries and ice cream in about an hour for my treat.
Walked all the way home from work and did the Ministry Of Sound DVD workout.
I'm tired mind, but if I keep it up like this all week then surely I must be a loser next week??!??Dream of being mortgage free....

not a good week for me again, I really have to get moving and do more exercise, no loss but at least no gain. Hopefully if I do some exercise I'll do better this week.
Congratulations to all who've lost and commiserations to those who haven't or who have gained.0 -

Dawnylou - keep your chin up. You may have lost inches this week instead so don't give up. Not sure I could do a MOS work out, I'd need an ambulance by the end :rotfl:Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0
