Oh well I never lost any weight this week.
I never gained either though.
I'm sort of disappointed but at the same time relieved because after last week I can't afford to pay any more into my savings! Haha
Good luck to all of those who have not yet been weighedDream of being mortgage free....

I only signed up on Saturday so today I've just weighed in for my starting weight - and I was right to be afraid to weigh myself, it was really, really scary.

1.5lbs for me this week (got weighed at SW class on Thursday, so I'm always a couple of days ahead). Next week won't be good. I've been very bad over the weekend! Still £15 in my kitty. 12.5lbs to go!Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0

Sorry I missed weigh in last week, just had too much on and last thing on my mind was weight!
Anyway weighed myself this week and if I look at an old word document I have I weigh a pound less than I did in July, so call that one pound down!
Fingers crossed for a better week this week!0 -

Thats very unfair!! Discussing sticky desserts is just evil!! Best I do now is a Fab ice-cream.
Didn't lose much this week, just 0.2 kg, not even 1/2 a pound. Oh well, I'll do better next week as I have exercise planned.0 -
Well done EVERYONE!!! :T :T :T

no loss for me this week
not surprising really, had a friend stay for the weekend and all my good intentions went out the window!
I'll get back on track this week so hopefully a loss for me next week.
Congratulations to all those who lost weight this week :T0
