When I googled diets yesterday I came across a boots site, where you type in your age ,height weight and goal. It tells you how many calories to have. How many calories to use up (exersise) how much you should expect to lose each week, and your goal date.:jWeight loss slimming world Starting weight 12st 2lbs. Target 10 st -4 -1 sts -1/2 -2 1/20
