How is everyone getting their target weight loss? I just chose a stone because I have a lot to lose.....:o But don't know whether it is feasible to lose that much or whether it should be more....
Is anyone using the BMI (Body Mass Index) to obtain average weight for height, age etc.....

Sorry for the late post, I lost 1 lb this week. Also weighing in early for next wk as I'm on hols and I lost another 1! That was a nice surprise! So a total of 7lb lost and £35 saved for me now. So well done me and well done everyone else who has lost weight!
