Hi all :) & Happy New Year

Wellm that's January under our belt.. I am on course and when this blooming flu has scarpered I will go to the bank and put my dosh in there... £33 so far :)

I cant access the spreadsheet MrCF, you did pm but it won't work, I think its my side as I have multiple email accounts.. So shall I just let you know my totals?

Looking forward to Feb's little pot building :)

  • A sneak peek of the spreadsheet for those who can't access it or for whoever doesn't want to use it :rotfl:

Trying to think of an idea to highlight who is on track to either make or beat their target.

Will also rearrange the colours at some point as I'm not happy with the red in the totals column.
    Saving for that dream holiday
  • Oooh it's very pretty, rainbow savings! Thanks for showing us, Mr CF.

I don't mind doing the update form and it seems my first attempt was successful so hopefully I won't be too much of a nuisance

I will update near the end of every month to cut down on your admin duties.:)

I just want somewhere to log my £1 saved each day, this thread seemed to serve that purpose. I will pm you an update at the end of each month (instead of using the spreadsheet) if that is acceptable to you.

Phew! Thank you MrCrimeFiction. You're doing an awesome job in keeping us organised. :T:T:T:T

Looking at my personal savings spreadsheet it looks so much better with £62 than last month's £31. I was so chuffed over Christmas, having done the similar challenge last year, when I could afford to buy the necessary presents without dipping into other savings. Always good.

Nae worries. I always panic around electronics. (I am not even sure that I have excel on the laptop as I managed to break word last year... not sure how I did that either). This is why I was worried about the spreadsheet. It's a hell of a lot of work for some eejit to come along and mess up.
    :o

Is it a live account I need or something else in order to access the spreadsheet??
Just be warned that if I do break it... I warned you so it's not my fault.
