How much do you spend on pet food?

We spend around £6.50/week on wet and dry kitten food for 2 kittens (7 months old). Buying in bulk when the brands they are on at the moment are on offer. Will probably do more research on the best cat foods when they turn 1 and will be moving onto adult cat food.Cleared my credit card debt of £7123.58 in a year using YNAB! Debt free date 04/12/2015.

We buy Felix AGAIL when it is on offer at 3/3.50 per 12 sachets and Go-Cat biscuits. They also have dreamies, webbox sticks and I used to buy lactofree cartons for milk (which is fine when you have 2 cats but 1 has passed on after a tumour) I am now down to 2 cats. However, I am buying Felliway as the relationship has changed between my animals since her death.
We also have 2 degus and 2 goldfish.
I honestly don't know how much that all comes to tbh, but when I do a pet food/supply shop I do the stock-up code and I got offered the discount, I also go through my partners Topcashback account. It is usually about £80+ every three months, with a few quid here and there at the supermarket.
They also have a water fountain so I buy refills for that as well. The 'Save 12k in 2014' Challenge: £639/ £8,000 (#208)

In Jan I use the sales to buy about £90 of cat food - I can get high protein, Grain free sacks for about £3/3.50 a kilo and I've got a food bin to store it in.
Means 3 cats cost me about £3 per month. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Not sure where my math is crossing lines, but that should have been £7.50ish a month - my £90 buys me about 30 kilos - which lasts me about 12 months.
I don't weigh the food, there's just always food and water down for the cats to graze. When the food bin is empty, I open a new sack (normally a new brand or flavour) and fill it up again. When the bowl is empty, I fill it again. Normally every day, but sometimes every other, or sometimes twice a day.
My cats are house cats (I moved to a not great for kitties area), so they're not being fed elsewhere. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

About £50 a month for my lab, generally Jameswellbeloved, topped up with:
chicken once a week, salmon on birthdays and anniversaries (incl. previous pet's dates). Joint Aid supplement, McChews as a daily evening treat and small dog biscuit treats when we take him out (for recall).Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
I buy 30kg (2 x 15kg bags) of Burns Pork & Potato dried food and it lasts at least 3 months. It costs £77, no postage.
The only thing treat wise is cocktail sausages, each cut into 3, which I use to get the little madam to come back when she's off lead
Female black Lab, 19 months old, weighs about 24kgs. Since changing to the Burns she has had no bowel issues, unlike before. Unless she's eaten poo that is
