Chicken curry?

    It says 30 minutes. It's chicken breast I'm using and I plan on dicing it so the pieces will be bitesize-ish. Perhaps covering the pan while it's simmering would be a good idea?
    it will be fine..i always do this as small pieces of chicken cook quite quickly.

    A top tip I learned the other day is if you are chopping and seeding fresh chillies, was your hands BEFORE going to the toilet...

    i think i would cook the sauce before freezing it..why not add more chicken and then you have a ready made meal whenever you want it..i always cook double the quantity, whether it be curry, stews, chilli ect and freeze half.

    good tip lol..i always use gloves when chopping anything like that..i get mine from the garage...freebies:)

    I probably don't have enough chicken to double it up but I could bulk it out with some mushrooms? Think that would be quite yummy :)

    As for washing my hands after chilli preparation...I'm one step ahead there, got my rubber gloves on standby :rotfl:
