If I use my Lloyds Bank authorised overdraft at 9am and clear it by 3pm the same day does it show I am utilising this facility or as it is cleared the same day does not get recorded.
Thank you.
Thank you.

What does "show" mean and "recorded" where?0

Why don't you just ring Lloyds up and ask them rather than waiting for a rep to come on here, spot your post, and consider it worth answering?0

From personal experience the answer is no it does not get recorded with the CRAs.
In the past ive been overdrawn £100.00 for about a week and half and it was not recorded I was ever overdrawn with the CRAsIm an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
I thought this post was about the Lloyds Bank Representative. Sooo disappointed now.0

I'm surprised no one knew the answer?
For the exact time, you may need to speak to Lloyds. But if they were recording it against you I suspect they may be in trouble with the regulator. They have recently agreed a re-tries process so the same should apply to overdrafts.

Not entirely sure that's what the PO meant.
however your incorrect. the banks report to the CRAs once a month and it is a snapshot of your account on that day. If you were overdrawn by a £1 on that day it would be recorded. however the OD, from the day before would not, no matter how large it was.0 -

The question was abit ambiguous in my opinion. My answer was based on what I thought was being asked. Given all of that the OP has not really said what context they are referring to.
I have been over drawn on many occasions and this has not been recorded within any of my credit reports regretably lenders do not report real time at represent. In general it would only be reported if you was was over drawn on a particular day the bank send the data.
Also lloyds don't show credit before debits so it so would record they have been overdrawn their statement if that's what they are asking.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -

Or use that new-fangled interweb-thing?With our grace period, you have until 3.30pm (UK time) to pay in enough money to avoid any overdraft fees you may incur that day.

Avoiding fees implies avoiding reporting of out-of-line situation to CRAs, although that's not done every day anyway as has been pointed out already.0 -

The retry process is to give customers the opportunity to pay money into their account to prevent charges not cover up the fact the customer went over drawn.
Not all banks apply credits before debits to cover up the fact they'd gone overdrawn like natwest / rbs do at present.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0
