  • Hi all, sorry I’ve been MIA. DH had a couple of really confused days and then I had a bout of puking and the other. Yackety.

Hoped the upset stomach would’ve counteracted the stress eating, but it didn’t, and I gained a pound and a half this morning :(.

DH was well enough this afternoon to do a Colour Run with DS1 at his school for Sport Relief. Great fun. Sometime since the last time I posted I’ve had a fab parents evening for DS2 :T, the boys got their haircuts (DS2 looks so grown up now :() and I sold a silver keyring I got for my 21st for £11.50. Not much but it’s been sat in a drawer for almost 19 years.

And I’ve won a massive box of Thornt0ns chocs apparently! Got the email this afternoon :D.

Boo to weight gain but you'll soon burn it off again. Pleased to hear DS managed the colour run and DS2 got a glowing report :)

Keep calm and think of Florida xx

  • Evening all :D.

Had a nice-in-some-ways-stressful-in-others kinda weekend. Will focus on the positives - Mum came over on Saturday and gave us all some dollars for Easter :T. We also went to a National Trust place with MiL on Sunday.

Been gorgeous sunny weather the last few days but it’s going to change from tomorrow :(. Boys break up for Easter on Thursday and was really hoping for good weather so we can do free stuff outdoors :o. Only 6 more weeks til Florida .
