  • Sorry for my absence, Grandma back in hospital :(.

    Kids went back to school today, neither of them happy about it. Hopefully they will settle back into a routine soon. 5 weeks until the next holiday, and a short week next week.

    Got an extra child tax credit payment of £115 so have moved it into holiday pot :T.

    Sorry to hear about Grandma :( She's a fighter though and she'll win her battle again.

    That holiday pot is starting to look very healthy - over 25% of target :)

  • Thanks SA. Grandma has an ear infection but it has affected all down one side of her face/neck, and as usual she's not doing so well with the antibiotics bless her. She was hoping to get out today but Consultant said no.

    Oakley is costing a fortune this week! He's at the groomers for his first trim/pamper tomorrow. Then we've got him booked in for a session with a 'personal trainer' on Friday as he's started pulling on the lead when he gets excited, and DH especially is finding him hard to control as his balance isn't too good. I want it nipped in the bud before it becomes a habit as he's a big boy now and super strong, so he'll pull one of us over before long. Finally, kids are covered in bites which may well be midgies around the trampoline, but just incase it's not, I've bought some super strength flea stuff to spray all the carpets and soft furnishings. Good job I love that dog!

  • Grandma got home from hospital last night :T.

    I'm full of cold AGAIN :(.

    Oakley looks super smart after his hair cut :T.

    Moved another £5 into holiday pot :D.

    DH had a bad day yesterday. Panicked that he'd lost DS2, forgetting that he was out with me :eek:. Gave himself a right fright :(.

    Pleased to hear about grandma. As I've said before she's a tough cookie :)

    I've been a bit off colour, sore throat, etc but not really amounted to anything, must be going around.

    Fab re Oakley's haircut and holiday pot :)

    Boo to Mr Lucky's bad day :(

    :rotfl::rotfl: Midgets :rotfl::rotfl:.

    Forgot to mention I lost 2lbs this week :T.

    Oakley went to school today and it was REALLY good. Hopefully the days of him pulling on the lead are numbered. They had a 'deal' on of 3 sessions for the price of 2, so we've gone with that and are going back next week.

    Still loaded with cold :(.
