Thanks for the lovely messages, on here and by PM :A Xx
Quieter day today (if you don't count DS1's toddler style tantrum ). DS2 and I sorted through his toy box and got rid of some stuff to the charity shop. More stuff on eBay too, and something already has a bid :T.
Got my annual bonus from work today - wait for it - £8.86 :rotfl:. Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful for it, but it's not exactly a fortune. Mind you, there have been times in the past when £8 would've made a massive difference to our budget.
GP surgery rang yesterday, my folate levels have come back into 'normal' range, but my B12 has dropped again and is 'indeterminate'. I have to go back on Monday for another blood test.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I read the article about your goddaughter and it's something that could happen to anyone. Words just fail me regarding the comments. I was a very sensible teenager but had too much to drink on an empty stomach at my 18th. I was very sick and passed out only 30 minutes into my party. My mum took me home, put me in the recovery position and assumed I would be ok. Luckily I was, but it could've been so different. I've had similar experiences with my DS and DD at some stage. These people need to wake up and get in the real world.
LOL to your bonus. Please treat yourself - coffee and cake, new lipstick? As you say it's better than nothing.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
It could indeed happen to anyone.
There but for the grace of God....................

Thanks SA and Beanie :A. The article could've been written better, particularly the one in the M3tro, but the important thing is it's raising awareness and hopefully will help parents and teenagers alike. XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Yay to the bonus PLMBL
, I nodded in agreement about how not too long ago a small amount such as that would have made such a difference to the budget xx

Really rubbish sleep last night
. Had only been in bed about 45 minutes when DS2 woke up and came into my bed. I gave in and went into his bed, only for him to wake me a short while later to say he couldn't sleep next to Dad as he was too noisy!! DS2 went back in his own bed and I had to lay next to DH who was snoring like a warthog (he has a cold!). Eventually gave up trying to sleep and came downstairs, but could still hear him through the ceiling. Got to sleep about 3.30am and then DH woke me at 5am to ask why I was on the sofa . That, on top of anaemia symptoms, has meant I've been like a depressed zombie most of today. Looking forward to bedtime!
Still no NSD as needed cat litter desperately. Only managed one NSD this half term, but only spent money on activities on 4 out of 10 days which I'm quite pleased about. Teacher training day tomorrow then they go back on Tuesday.

I have every sympathy with you re the snoring. Mr SA snores like a warthog every single night! One night I went to bed first and he fell asleep downstairs, his snores woke me up they were so loud. I'm sure the neighbours must be able to hear him. Hope you got a better night last night xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Poor you SA
. DH used to snore badly when he'd been drinking pre accident, but I'm lucky that it only really tends to happen if he's poorly now.
Boys went back to school yesterday and all has been ok. Fat class last night and I stayed the same, but I always struggle more in half term, so I'm pleased with that.
Took Oakie-doke to vets today and his testicle still hasn't descended, so castration is a must rather than a decision, as it can lead to cancer if it's left internally . I now have to find £200 by next Thursday :eek:.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Our younger dog is like this but the vet said he would be fine and no need to operate until there IS a need (if that makes sense) Hamish Pup will be 4 on 1st April and has no problems.
