Monday again! Cold start this morning, -4•c but the sun was shining so we took the dog for a run on the beach after school drop off. Then Mum and her better half took us out for lunch :T. The scales won't be happy with me tomorrow!! Gone way off track the last couple of days. Comfort eating again
