You are not big! I've seen photographic evidence!!
. But I know what you mean about needing to be happy in yourself. I've been to Clubbercise tonight which I LOVE, but I definitely need to keep mixing up my exercise.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Ahhhhh-hmmmmmmm! I can say exactly the same as you!! You say you have lots of weight left to lose but I've seen your pic missy and I will be totally honest I think you have the same amount as me to lose -which is none is you like being on the healthy/borderline overweight (and getting to eat what you like :rotfl:) or 1/2 -1 stone max! ##Jeez. We must twins.
That is so like me.
I used tothink that I was an ok person who tried to do my best but sadly it has been pointed out to me in no uncertain terms that this is not the case.
My son & his GF have moved out & I am just done.
They are staying at my mums for a few days.Beanie I weep for you and send virtual (((hugs))) - ungrateful kidults indeed!
Hope you can be strong enough not to let DS & GF move back in without a huge apology from them both, and significant shift in attitude thereafter!
Lucky - hang in there; sounds like your counselling is getting to the nitty-gritty now - sending positive vibes - you will get through this hard part which leads to greater understanding.. (((hugs)))0 -
Lucky it's good that you can let your true feelings out to the counsellor and to us. I really think that loads of us feel like you do, I'm the same.
And Beanie take no notice of your son and GF. Let them be stroppy. You're a star and we all agree on that. Don't forget familiarity breeds contempt. I can't imagine for one minute you're the villain in this instance.
Big hugs to both of you and anyone else feeling low tonight xI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Love how supportive everyone is on here! :A.
Beanie, how are you now lovely? Are things any better?
DF(w), bless you for being so kind. I think it's more a case of me only putting the better photos on FB :rotfl:. However, I've lost another 3lbs this week (so did DH!!), so I'm a step closer to being a supermodel :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Just dropped DH off to help his Mum paint her hallway and I'm glad of the peace if I'm honest. I've 'splashed out' and bought myself a £5 home hair dye, so I'm trying to build up the courage to do that. I've never coloured it myself before, but I really didn't want to pay a hairdresser to do it, and (if it works ) I need a boost. I might even have a bubble bath or paint my nails too!

I was semi brave and did my hair yesterday, using the minimum amount of the dye and leaving it on for the absolute minimum time recommended. I think it looks good, and it certainly made my roots blend, however it's obviously not a major change because absolutely no one has noticed :rotfl:. I will definitely do it again but I will use the whole lot next time.
Yesterday was a NSD :T.
Today I took my lovely Grandma out for coffee, just the two of us. I thoroughly enjoyed her company. It's odd, I told the counsellor that I didn't really know where I came from, as I am so different to both my Mum and Dad in terms of personality. Today I answered my question. I am my Grandma.

Well done on yet more weight loss Lucky
I've often toyed with dying my own hair to save money but chickened out. I know these days they are tons better than the Sun In I used in my youth. Made me smile about you and your grandma - my parents both had dark hair and blue eyes, I'm a green eyed blonde and personality wise not like them either. Guess I must be a throwback

Hello lovely!!!
I am all caught up! So happy to see that DH is still seizure free, and that you are both losing so much weight!! Well done to both of you and as for competing with him.. well it isn't fair on yourself. You wouldn't try to compete and lift the same amount of weights as him would youmen are built sturdier, hold their fat in much worse places than women in terms of health and find it far easier to lose. They also put it on less easily which is frankly unfair considering which person does all of the running around. As someone said, maybe women carry the stress with them!!
I am 37% body fat. And need to lose a couple of stone. And think that you (and you dfw)!!) look absolutely fab. You're a mum of two beautiful little fellas, you run a house, hold down a job and keep everything ticking over. You're fab!
As for hair dye.. I am almost the complete opposite of you. I decide to do it, go out and buy something crazy (last time it was ravens wing, black with an undertone of electric blue) and just go hell for leather until my bathroom resembles something from a cult movielove it! Who cares what it looks like to other people as long as you feel fab at the end!!
And as for figuring out you are just like your grandma... me too, rest her bones. I am the image of her though it took everyone a very very long time to figure it out. And I am very much like her in temperament which is both a blessing and a sadness because she was far too soft for her own good. She had some spunk though
Right better obey the sun clock and lights out! Just checked the time, and it is dead on 9:30. ha! Love you lots xxx

Can't edit because I am on my phone but I forgot to say something and it will keep me awake.
Re: DH being angry. I know that as Jellytot gets bigger in weight she has to adjust her meds to keep up with her. I was thinking is is possible that the weight DH is losing is actually giving him a slight increase in his dosage in a similar fashion as it is filtering through less body mass? Thus giving him the irate symptoms he experienced when he was starting/upping his dosage?
Much love. Can sleep now that little worm is out of my brain!! Xxx

I hadn't considered that about DH and his meds Lilt, cheers for that thought. Hope you slept well once it was out
.
It's half term again :j:j:j.
Went to the gym this morning then home to do housework. DH and I then went for a coffee after lunch to make the most of our time before we have 2 little shadows for the next 10 days. It's Family Fun friday again too, and it was DS2's choice - Build a Bear Workshop . They've never had one before and it was a lovely experience, but I'm £40 lighter . I refused to buy the outfits though, and instead we have been dressing them up in their old baby clothes
.
DH's Best Mate has come round tonight and they are going to watch a film so I'm going to hide out upstairs and chill :T.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
