Hope DH's mood, DS's blocked nose and the weather perk up - it was raining this morning here then turned to lovely warm sunshine. Mr SA gets frustrated too about not being normal, it must be so hard to come to terms with.

  • Managed the NSD as the boys and I haven't been across the door all day. DS2 hasn't been too bad actually but the monsoon didn't disappear until about 5pm anyway, so it's been a day of lego, xbox, a film and playdough. Made a pan of soup for tomorrow and broccoli mac'n'cheese for tonight's tea, did some ironing and had a sort through my wardrobe. Thrilling stuff :p.

DH is calmer tonight. He was still fizzing when his Mum dropped him back home, but it's gradually lessened Xx

  • Afternoon all, Happy Bank Holiday :D.

Another NSD here :j, ages since we managed 2 in a row. Popped over to see my Mum for a bit and then took the boys to the park as it's been lovely and sunny here (on a Bank Holiday, who'da thunk it?!). Aaaaand ....... I found a fiver :j:j It was just lying there sunbathing lol. I'm so pleased :D.

No sunbathing anythings here! Nor paddling ones. Glorious tonight. What use is that to me when I had to go out in a downpour to 3 different places this morning!

Sorry to hear DH has been fizzing but glad he is getting better. Dare I ask how many weeks?

Bless DS2. Jelly is not *right* today. After high temps for a couple of days that finally broke the night before last I thought we had kicked it but she is not right at all tonight. In bed fast asleep at 6pm sharp.

Hope you are having a good day xxx

  • Aw bless Jelly Lilt, hope she's better tomorrow. It's 16 weeks today since DH's last tonic clonic seizure!!! Most we've ever been is 20 weeks but that was years ago. More recently it was 2-4 weeks apart so 4xlonger is awesome.

Thanks for asking Mrs H. I've been quite good recently but I had a bit of an anxiety attack this morning which is the first I've had in a while. It seems silly now too, but it proves I'm still not 'right'. I'm definitely better than I was though, and I hope you are too Xx

Lost 1.5lbs tonight at chub club and DH lost a pound. So I win this week :D.

Sorry to hear this but don't beat yourself up about it. The thing you are worrying about always seems so crucial at the time but then so silly after the event, that's the frustrating thing about anxiety.

If you get chance to go back to the CBT at some point, I think you would find it very useful although I can understand why it's on hold for the time being.
