Argos Insurance or PetPlan

Our previous cat was insured with Pet Plan at around £25 a month, just had a quote for our new cat at under £9 a month on Platinum cover. Has anybody had experience of both companies, how are they to deal with for claims? Pet Plan have finally paid up for previous cat's death cover (we're giving that back to Cat's…

We have 2 cats both insured with Petplan, with covered for life policies. We pay about £25 for each cat & I've never had to deal with PP for any claims as I just sign a claim form authorising the vet to deal with PP directly and then we get a statement from PP saying what was claimed and how much they paid.

I would recommend them, as we've had no issues and the covered for life polices are pretty good.
