We have 2 cats both insured with Petplan, with covered for life policies. We pay about £25 for each cat & I've never had to deal with PP for any claims as I just sign a claim form authorising the vet to deal with PP directly and then we get a statement from PP saying what was claimed and how much they paid.
I would recommend them, as we've had no issues and the covered for life polices are pretty good.0
