Yes it is still the case. As the children are now adults, i dont think you need to complete a separate form for representing minors - but you might check with the court. But MCOL is (strictly speaking) not appropriate, as you are definitely multiple claimants. I think i have covered this in my guide - which will be worth you reading, if not yet seen.0

Ah I was looking at the bit of the CPR which states that a Claimant may use a single claim form to start all claims which can be conveniently be disposed of in the same proceedings (7.3). I was thinking I am the sole Claimant as I am the one with the contract with Thomson and therefore the one who suffered the losses and so should claim for all.
I'll have a re-read of your brilliant guide. Ta.0 -
If using N1 do a thorough check re lodgement. I think you will find this now needs to be posted to Salford Court.0

Hello all, Newley registered but not new to the site.
Firstly many thanks for all the posts , as If it was not for this site I would not be aware of compensation owed to me.
So on to my situation.
I am claiming for 2 people for a 7 hour delay on a Thomson flight from Geneva to Gatwick on the 14th feb 2009.
I sent the template letter with a claim for 500euros and received back after 6-7 weeks the standard reply stating that because it was over Two years I cannot claim and to contact them pending the outcome of the Supreme Court judgment.
Today ,having seen the outcome, I tried calling them and stayed in there queue for a record breaking 95 minutes before I had to give up.
What I hoping for some advise on is what next move should I take ?
Should I email them again in an attempt to claim compensation again met inking the outcome of the decision.
Or , should I email/write a "Notice of action" (sorry if incorrect).
Giving them 14 days to respond or I will start court proceedings ?
I certainly do not want to give up but I'm worried as the 6 year time frame is approaching.
Thanks in advance.0 -
There are guides on here if you search the threads on how to kick off the process.
I would ideally like this to be for people to update on their claims with Thomson which have been stayed for two years.0
