I'm on the One plan monthly plan. Use between 25-40 gb a month including tethering. A quick search online has found this thread on Digital Spy suggesting that it's probably to do with tethering http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?p=75490222
Has anyone else got this text and actually spoken to Three?
