There is a video going round of a woman in Belfast doing a crap in a Tesco isle(sp). She was near the fresh fruit and veg though.

 well thought I had everything yesterday : member of fresh food staff standing on shop floor eating a bag of crisps !!! ???? How UN hygenic I thought : surely they get breaks and presumably have a canteen/ rest room ? Must say some thing about poor management if this sort of thing is deemed acceptable.

You thought you had everything but presumably by seeing the member of staff eating crisps you realised that you had forgotten to buy some.

What does the United Nations have to do with shop hygiene?

The OP clearly has issues with ASDA Norwich.

Or this one, dating back to 2012

Makes me kinda think that perhaps it's time to find another supermarket? Aldi (for one) seem to have three outlets in the Norwich area, so there are alternatives.:)

Sparkymark used to work for Asda.

His posting history suggests that he bears some sort of grudge against the company.

Norwich of all places too.... From personal experience I've always find people from there a bit more stuck up than other people (especially northerners). Norwich has a sort of "we are posh but we aren't actually posh" vibe about them. bit of a stereotype but generally true.

Eating a packet of crisps does not constitute making a rant post on a forum, and IF you feel so strongly then complain directly to ASDA because they'll probably just give you a goodwill gesture to get rid of you (or hopefully they will tell you to jog on which I would prefer to happen)

Not wiping your hands after you've gone Japanese in the toilet is unhygenic. Even eating the crisps and then not washing your hands is unhygenic, but you don't have proof of the staff member not washing their hands or using correct procedures when serving fresh food

Also, you should go to some of these indoor car boot sale places (markets) or a food van and order a hot dog or something. Now THAT is unyhgenic, but we all still do it without dying! Or why don't you go back a few thousand years and hunt for your own food? Hunt a deer, gut it and cook it. None of this processed food crap from ASDA

OP should now shop at Waitrose. Although he will have to be mentally tougher if he isn't to suffer the trauma of an unstuffed turkey.....

It wasn't stuffing related trauma - she had ordered a de-boned one but was only offered one with the carcass still attached. She won't have a repeat problem this year as Waitrose don't appear to be offering one. Ordered my de-boned one from M&S - collecting mine at 9·30pm on 23rd December so keep yours eyes peeled for a meltdown post from me at about 10ish :D

You seem to remember this way too well!

I have my fingers crossed for you. I would cross my legs too but they were deboned last year, which was also quite emotional.
