Thanks guys, we've had three viewings in total today, one being a second viewing, so fingers crossed something comes out of it. Still haven't found the one yet though0

An offer came in this morning, but not an offer we have decided to accept. One lovely possible in the pipe line but decided if it's meant to be then the universe will align it with a great offer on ours.0

Wow things are moving quickly for you. A first offer is always there to be refused. They will come back with a higher one. Would you consider renting for a while if you don't find something?June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

Yes Cath we would rent if we didn't find something. Two more offers came in from refused one, but they were far too low to be considered when we have only just gone on the market. We'll see what happens.0

Sounds like they want your house. Fingers crossed they come back with a more respectable offer for you. At least things are happening which is positive.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

Isn't it funny how things can change on a daily basis. We have sold our house now and couldn't find anything we liked. Mild panic setting in, but then all of a sudden a property I fell in love with six months ago popped back on the market, we viewed it put an offer in and it was accepted :j
This will be my forever home and I really hope it all goes smoothly for us. Not sure how big the chain is but also hoping it's not too big.
Lots of decluttering happening this weekend in preparation. Being ruthless now, but have sent a couple of larger items out of the door via local sale sites and some money has been brought in, queue not using the bank accounts if possible to make them look shiny and lovely for the mortgage application.0 -
