Oh what a rubbish end to a rubbish week. You’ve looked forward to trying the scooter for so long after a very difficult decision to actually get one.
When we called into the motability show to look at cars for my dh a few weeks ago - they had lots of different scooters. I know you wouldn’t be getting it through them - but there was a selection for folk to try and you could buy from the suppliers too. There is a similar show in Edinburgh in September - it’s called One big show. Don’t know if that’d be any use to you or is it just pushing it further away. Might be worth a look.......January spends - £587.580 -

Not sure if this will make you smile or not. My Grandma has been visiting my cousin in Wales. As it’s quite hilly, my cousin hired a scooter for Grandma, who enjoyed it but was rather slow and cautious. Cousin’s little boy thought Grandma should go faster, so walked along beside her and turned the speed up, so Grandma went shooting off :rotfl:.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Yes this thing in Edinburgh is on my radar.
Thought everything would be done & & dusted by then. Sigh.

Sending more hugs, Milan, Sun addict and Butti, have all said what I was thinking....
Really cross with the shop, is there another one you can go to? - to vote with your feet and dosh
You will get there... and stick with it, to get the one you need.
We know how much this means to you, how much life at times is a struggle, but you keep going with such determination. As my mother use to say, have a good cry, a good sleep, brush yourself down and tomorrow is another day.
This coming week will be better than last week....
Much love xAs a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or
What does the saying say.... When life hands you lemons, make lemonade
Or as my Mum would say, brush yourself down, tomorrow is another day or
Fake it, to you Make It
