Sounds like you’ve had a productive weekend Beanie. Good that you’ve given thought to a scooter again. Just a thought - do you have any National Trust places nearby (or Scottish equivalent) I know hey hire scooters to get around the grounds...you could try it for a while.

    I have tried scooters before.
It is just a tad daunting buying one!

My Aunt has a scooter. She's had it about a year but is still a bit unsure about it. My cousin and her husband are trying to encourage her to use it more. My Uncle says he likes it so much he's going to get one but he wants a higher spec one so that it goes faster :rotfl:
    Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000
    Mortgage today = £161,690.76
    300 271 payments to go.

Apparently scooters usually have a limiter fitted to them (who knew?) - well the friends we were with yesterday knew about this as the father of one of them had the local car repair shop remove the one from his scooter so that it was effectively turbo-charged :rotfl::eek: - last seen overtaking his son at 20mph on a footpath...

Afternoon Beanie :) Sounds like you had a lovely weekend. Hope your finger is well on the way to getting better. Great to read you talking about the scooter again, you'd gone a bit quiet on that front so it's good to know you're still planning to get one. xx
