Good news about the windfall, would you need to keep the scooter outside or are you thinking indoors?
Thats a great age for Best Boy, big old furry boy will be 18 next month but I can see him getting frailer under all that fur

I dont know.
If outside I need something to keep it in & if inside I need a ramp.
I need to think things through carefully.

I guess you've got time to think it through properly. I've seen scooters advertised on local selling pages/Gumtree where the advert also included a sort of locking enclosure to keep the scooter in outside.0

Great news about the windfall :T. Someone on my street keeps their scooter in their front garden with a waterproof cover over it. I think a scooter sounds like an excellent idea as you'll be able to get out and about more without worrying about falling over. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
