Fantastic News - keep on plodding lovely lady :T:T:January spends - £587.580 -
If you have felt depressed due to this Beanie, or you feel depressed it may be worth mentioning it to your doctor. I had CBT - 8 sessions I think- on the NHS because I was depressed. It wasn't a "I want to kill myself" type of depression, it was a "I don't care / I feel flat" sort of depression. It came from years of being called "Useless, stupid" and "fat" and from years of trying to suppress anger (which later emerges as depression). It just strikes me that there are common patterns with how you have been treated.
I can't remember exactly how I got over it;- CBT (from the NHS)
- listing things that people like about me and reading it every day
- Spending time outside
- Yoga
- Enough qualifications to fill a small phone directory
Haven't cracked it entirely but I think in part you have to realise that people generally are much harder on themselves than on others.Debt LBM (08/09) £11,641. DEBT FREE APRIL 2021.

Thank you so very much to everyone has taken the time to post.
I have just hit a wall I think at the moment.
I am mentally & physically exhausted.
I was hoping to go & support DS's GF at an event but I just couldent.
The house is a tip as is the garden.
I was at the GP on Thursday & basically from a physical point of view there is nothing left to do/try.
I am on a lot of different medication which we think in part my body is struggling to deal with. Hope that makes sense.
Went to a friends last night for a girls night. Fell & struggled with the steps at front on her house.
Had two glasses of fizz & had raspberry pepsi max which was surprisingly nice.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Sorry you feel like you've hit a wall Beanie. Chronic pain must be awful to have.
Try not to worry about the house or garden, I know you'd like them to be tidy but it's not your fault if they're not.
Glad you enjoyed the fizz and rasberry Pepsi Max at your friend's house.
