Dentist was ok & not as bad as I thought.
Apart from forthcoming bill.
As my housing costs have gone down I no longer get any help with health costs.
Not taking into account of course the monthly costs of the pyhsio.
Anyway, nothing I can do about it.

Glad the dentist wasn't too bad, they cost a fortune though don't they
Is the physio for a set amount of time or just on-going until you feel better? I self-referred through NHS a couple of years ago for my back and an appointment came through within 3 weeks. Would that be worth looking into or would you feel happier sticking with where you go.
Hope you find someone to help you with the cat. It's surprising how heavy our furry friends are when we have to lift/carry them. x0 -
You cant get NHS physio for chronic conditions.
So it is private or nothing.
