I didn’t think acupuncture did any good then doc sent me for physio several years ago with a bad hip....the physio didn’t do a great deal but physio suggested a course of acupuncture, I didn’t think it’d do much - how wrong was I - it made such a difference.
Glad it’s beginning to kick in for you.January spends - £587.580 -

I had it years ago & dident find it help.
However since starting having it again in the last year I find it does make a big difference.

So. My budget has been all over the place this month.
So for the rest of the month am hoping to get my head down & spend as little as is humanly possible.
One thing I am going to start is a wee money pot for my hair.
I colour it at home using a foam.
But it does need cut.
It has neither been cut nor coloured since DS's graduation last year.
It is currently truely dire.
Too long but not quite long enough for a pony tail. Yuk.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. I cut my own hair, beanie, and the result gets a bit ... ragged ... after a while
I last had it cut at a hairdresser in May 2016, when my nephew got married in Scotland
Maybe I'll go to one of the £11 wet cut places in Big Coastal City before the caravan holiday in April that we've booked.
Hope the budgetting goes well for this month!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
