Beanie, that sounds good! It's powerful to share fears, yes, but I hope you can also make your boundaries clear too, whether its about not insulting you or about what you're prepared to put up with in general.

I sometimes don't feel so positive & hate posting when I seem to winge all the time
    Not a great week.
Fell once in house on Wed & twice yesterday ~once when out & once at fat club~~boo is all :(
Sick of it all TBH~~falling, being so tired & crabbit & sore.My muscles are so tight at the moment tis nae good & my foot is not lifting properly.

In better news I finally got a 'Mog' today which made me very ridiculously happy.
& a bar of chocolate through the post from a friend which was a nice surprise.
Still lots going on in the background which is challenging to deal with including an elderly neighbour who has Alzheimer's & I am becoming more & more concerned on that front.

Tring not to think about christmas which I think is 5 weeks today.

    Have a happy weekend all.

  • I've just read the last few pages of your diary. You've got some lovely supporters on here who obviously value your wisdom, kindness, generosity and encouragement. With all that, plus a cat and some chocolate you have everything you need to put those negative people into perspective :)
