So sorry to hear about your friend Beanie - Life is cruel sometimes!
I am just catching up after being a little awol for a while!
and now 'get' your reference to my work! All I can say is that loosing a friend or loved one is hard, however there is often the opportunity in the grief and sadness to reflect on the importance of loved ones and friends to us and a realisation that life should not be taken for granted - its easy to state the old clich!s about life being short etc - but in reality it is true!
Hugs to you x1 -

I had a bad back for years! I couldn't carry anything even slightly heavy and it was hard to breath at times. Over 10 years I tried 5 different osteopaths. The 5th one worked wonders in 3 sessions and now I go once every few years. Keep searching for your 'person'. You'll find them eventually:0)

So sorry to hear this, beanie. What firegirl says about osteopaths is true, though. I don't know if you can afford one, but if you can find the *right* one (and if its something that can be affected by osteopathic input) they can work miracles. Friend of mine has a daughter in her early 30s, who's always had back pain - in the last year, the back pain has been sorted, and she's 1.5 inches taller - in her 30s!
Positive vibes, beanie.2023: the year I get to buy a car1 -
